Bishop O’Donnell appoints interim executive director of Catholic Charities of Central and Northern Missouri

Bishop Ralph B. O’Donnell has appointed Tim Rickabaugh to serve as Interim Executive Director of Catholic Charities of Central and Northern Missouri (cccnmo.diojeffcity.org), effective Aug. 3, 2026.

This appointment follows the resignation of Executive Director Litz Main, which Bishop O’Donnell accepted effective on July 3.

Mr. Rickabaugh recently retired from his role as Supervisory Branch Chief with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, where his primary focus was working with communities to strengthen local capacity and support collaborative initiatives.

He brings to Catholic Charities extensive experience in public service, community engagement and leadership, as well as a deep commitment to serving neighbors in need across central and northern Missouri.

“We are grateful that Tim has agreed to step into this interim role as Catholic Charities continues its mission of charity throughout our 38 counties,” said Bishop O’Donnell. “His professional experience and dedication to community-focused service will be a blessing to the agency and to those it serves during this time of transition.”
