About 700 people from throughout the Jefferson City diocese -- most originally from or having parents or grandparents from Latin American countries -- gather in the Cathedral of St. Joseph in Jefferson City for a diocesan Hispanic Heritage Mass and reception. Bishop W. Shawn McKnight presided. Bishop Emeritus John R. Gaydos preached the homily in Spanish. Several priests of the diocese concelebrated. (100 photos)
