More than 1,500 electric tea lights illuminate Our Lady of the Snows Cemetery in Mary’s Home the night of Oct. 21, the Vigil of All Saints. In keeping with an old German tradition, students of Our Lady of the Snows School placed lights at the burial places of loved ones and ancestors, along the paths and at the resting place of Father Patrick Shortt, former pastor.
